We’ve got you covered if your driver has a delay.

We understand the symphony of details that must come together during a relocation.  To do lists and schedules are so important to keep up to date and there are so many time sensitive tasks to oversee.

Unfortunately, there are times when an unexpected and unavoidable delay will occur for a driver.  No one can predict what will happen on the road.  Traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical difficulties and other circumstances can wreak havoc on a well thought out plan.  Your schedule is important to us and we have a Plan B in place to ease the inconvenience that may occur.

If your driver is delayed at loading, we will make special arrangements with a local terminal to collect the vehicle and store it in a secure facility to await the driver’s arrival.   This way, you can still leave town at the time you had planned to do so instead of waiting around a day or two.  

If the driver is delayed at delivery, we will cover a rental car to use until the vehicle can be delivered.  We know, it isn’t YOUR car, but it will be reliable transportation until your car arrives safely at your door.  No one wants to have to depend on kind neighbors or coworkers to provide transportation.

We don’t want you to have to deal with any more details than are necessary.  We make it simple.
